Overall rating was 4/5. Wait was about 20 min at 9pm on a Friday which isn't bad. Would rate service 4/5. Our service would check up on us constantly however sometimes they would forget to bring out an item or two. Atmosphere is 4.5/5, very lively! Food is 4/5 as well. Would come back here again.

Been coming here for years. This place is a family staple for AYCE Korean BBQ. Any night will most likely result in a wait due to how popular this place is. Usual wait for us is 35-45mins; sometimes an hour. Great Banchan options and great meat quality. Menu choices are numerous and you'll get full quickly with all the variety. Dessert will be the classic soft serve ice cream that you can hit up before or after your meal. Love this place!

I love this AYCE bbq place because the meat is good and they give good portions. Service is awesome too, we were pretty crazy and loud and they tolerated us. But ya I love going here and they have really good steamed egg and side dishes. This place is always crowded so come early! Also if you have a big group everyone has to be present before you get seated.

The service was outstanding here. Our grill was scolding hot when we were say down. Our rotation of food and banchan sides were always brought out extremely quickly. And our grill changes were frequent in between cooking sessions. Banchan was excellent. Kimchi, kimchi cucumber slices, and the fish cakes were excellent. Good radish paper. My only gripe is that we had to wait a long time even though we were in the wait-list. We ended up waiting an extra hour or so. But honestly with the quality of food and exceptional service I would wait again if I had to. Will be back. Valley Kbbq joints need to step up their game. Extremely rude service for the most part.

A very popular and great KBBQ AYCE that's been around forever. They have great selection of some tasty and quality meats. The biggest downside? A weekend dinner for a party of 4 might have you wait an hour or more. We tried a ton of different types as you should, but ended up sticking to mostly the brisket and tongue. If you can pay with cash and you get that 10% off and free soft drinks lol Food: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Atmosphere: 7/10 Value: 7/10

I only found out about this through my friend, we were trying to find a budget friendly all you can eat, and this was as budget friendly as it is - given it doesn't have as much selection as your premium but its okay. This place wait time is usually 1-2 hours, so make sure you do time it out. The meats are great, so is the service. Although they are super busy, so don't expect them to be attending to you, but the button helps with getting their attention. but that is how it goes normally in a all you can eat kbbq. its a lifestyle. there is parking shared with the plaza, its a bit busy generally around the shop, but you can park slightly further. They also have a self served ice cream that was pretty delicious between strawberry and caramel. I would come back again!

Star KBBQ has been a staple ever since moving to the OC! this spot is located in a center with lots of parking, so you never have to worry! the wait can get long to get in since it is a popular local spot, but it's well worth the wait. join the waitlist online ahead of time!!!!!!!!!! the inside of the restaurant doesn't seem that big, but it is and it gets PACKED! something i love is that they play kpop on the TVs and speakers so it makes the ambience even more fun for me always lol. the meat here never disappoints! staples for me are always brisket and bulgogi, and the quality here for the price is great. the banchan here are always yummy too, my personal fave being the spicy cucumbers! corn cheese & kimchi stew are always must orders, too. also note: ask for ssamjang!! i LOOOOVE to dip my meat in it as it adds so much flavor and dimension to eat bite. looking for your next kbbq spot?! definitely come to Star!! you won't regret it :) follow @chrystaleats on ig for more reviews/recs!

Star BBQ is located in a plaza with plenty of available parking. We went for dinner and were immediately seated. The inside seating area is nicely spaced out and had good vibes with K-pop music playing in the background. The restaurant offers two menu options and both offer a good variety of meat. They also provide a nice variety of sides with generous portions. The service was outstanding, the staff were very attentive and quick with picking up the used dishes and putting in new orders. For dessert, there is an ice cream machine with two flavors and was a nice way to end the meal! If you would like to save some money on your bill, it is advised to pay in cash. The restaurant advertises that by paying cash, you will get 10% off and a free soft drink.

Great service, meats came out so quickly. Our plates were cleared before I could even set down an empty plate! Sunday at 5pm was no wait, tables starting filling up quickly after. Soft serve included, strawberry and caramel flavors. Ambiance: loud and lively, hard to hear across the table. I like how the tables are divided up, there's a wall between some tables that really offers privacy. Tip: pay cash and receive 10% off and free sodas.
